Fillmore Clubhouse

The Fillmore Clubhouse is a home away from home. A place designed to bring comfort from the first moment you step in. The clubhouse's smaller footprint is fully utilized with warm elements like its burnt orange and textured curtains, to its reading nook and finishes with its baby grand piano. The piano can be used by tenants to allow their children (or themselves) to take lessons and when not in use adds ambience with its auto play mode.
